However, I’m very glad I looked, because this one is gluten-free… and it sounds absolutely amazing! Curry - it's one of those dishes where there are lots to choose from if you're on a gluten free diet and many of the accompaniments can be easily made gluten free.
What do I need to make this gluten free curry?

And no, I haven’t gone completely veggie or vegan! But when you think about it… who really needs to eat meat every single day of their lives? Certainly not me – it’s nice to mix it up a little, don’t you think? Dried chilli flakes: Perfect for adding a little warmth and punch to the dish, which it benefits so much from. If you use the amount in the recipe, you’ll end up with a mild, subtle heat. Feel free to double for a medium heat. To reheat from frozen, defrost in the fridge overnight then reheat in the microwave until piping hot in the middle. Avoid chips if they are cooked in the same oil as battered fish. This is one example; there is nothing Chinese or Indian about it. Doesn’t mean it’s not good, though. After the 15 minutes is up, add the yoghurt, spinach and chilli flakes and sugar (if using). Stir well and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until the spinach has wilted. Taste and season with extra salt or sugar to taste if needed. The very best way to make sure the Chinese food that you are eating is gluten-free is to make your own at home. You’ll also want to be aware of cross contamination between ingredients that contain gluten and those that don’t, as well as the pots that they’re cooked in.
This sauce is super meal-prep friendly. You can make a big batch (or even double it!) and freeze the sauce in portioned containers for the week. Just thaw, simmer any curry ingredients in, and you have dinner in no time. This Gluten Free Curry Sauce Recipe Is: Rice. Like noodles, cook some rice according to your favourite method. Stir fry some vegetables, add the rice and curry sauce and heat through. Or drizzle it over my Instant Pot Chinese Rice. Chow fun (wide noodles) and mei fun (thin noodles) are both great options.
